SM Fairview hotline for lost items

Hello I lost my SSS card at SM's bill payment section. I was actually loading my Gcash and handed over my SSS card. After making the transaction, I don't remember asking for my card. I think the lady in the counter should have returned it immediately after verification. I just found out that it was lost after 2 days when I was opening an account at BDO. The first time I called SM's hotline for customer relations, they said they did not recover any SSS card with my name. I was skeptic that time so I decided to go personally to the Billing section. Whoah! They surrendered it to the customer relations! So my tip, it's better to go personally to where you left it. Here is the SM Fairview hotline for lost items:
